As explained in the alert: "During Fall 2025, a technical configuration error at HRA’s mail processing vendor, Vanguard, delayed the timely receipt of renewals by HRA consumers. This resulted in some Medicaid cases being closed for failure to respond to a renewal even though the renewal was submitted timely."

RESPONSIBLE RELATIVE’S INCOME/RESOURCES" forms to indicate the refusal of their legally responsible relative to make available their income or resources for the cost of necessary medical care and services, i.e. "spousal/parental refusal."
